Lib Properties, Ltd. knows that you expect privacy and security for your personal financial information. This privacy policy is designed to inform you of the types of information we collect from applicants and how we use that information to provide you the best opportunity for investment.

What categories of information do we collect?
• We ask for information about you including your name, address, social security number and financial status including employment, income, monthly expenses and assets. In most cases this information is provided to us in person, by phone, by email or by mail.
• We collect information from third parties, including but not limited to, credit reports, verbal and written verification of employment from current and previous employers, verbal and written verification of credit history if not reported on the credit report or information is insufficient for the purpose intended.

Who has access to this information?
• Lib Properties, Ltd. employees are permitted access to the information they need to perform their jobs and provide to you the service/product requested.
• Employees who improperly use or disclose trade secrets or nonpublic personal information* will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

With whom do we share nonpublic personal information?
• Lib Properties, Ltd. does not disclose to third parties any nonpublic personal information other than as permitted by law.

Lib Properties, Ltd. appreciates your business and wants you to understand our commitment to maintaining the privacy of your nonpublic personal information. This policy applies only to individual consumers and is effective as of October 15, 2004. We reserve the right to amend the policy at any time. * Nonpublic personal information is defined to mean "personally identifiable financial information", including but not limited to social security number, account number, the fact that someone is a customer of a financial institution. Information publicly available via Federal, State or local government records, widely distributed media, etc. would not be included.

Internet Privacy

Lib Properties does not collect personal information from you unless you voluntarily supply it to us. If you complete an on-line application form or send us an e-mail, it may be necessary for you to provide personal information. This personal information will only be used to expedite your request of our services. Moreover, no information will be sold or given to any other parties.

As you view the LibLoans web site (www.LibLoans.com), information may collected about your visit, but not about you personally. Through our web server logs, we are able to ascertain statistics such as the domain name from which you accessed the Internet (through either an Internet Service Provider, or your company's intranet site), and which pages were viewed on our site.

E-mail transmissions to any Lib Properties or LibLoans web site are not encrypted, unless otherwise noted. Just to be safe, we recommend that you do not send highly confidential financial information via e-mail.

As with most other web sites, LibLoans.com may use a "cookie", which is a small piece of information stored on the web browser of your PC – but it does not give us personal information about you. What it does do is this: lets us determine the number of people visiting our site, how many people returned to the site for another visit, and which pages were viewed by visitors. This general information enables us to serve you better by continually improving our site based on use patterns.
