| Jay Kessler, President Jay Kessler has more than 40 years of experience in commercial real estate. His experience includes real estate owner, developer and lender. He brings to the loan committee and Libs prospective borrowers the ability to look at your deal through the eyes of the borrower. Jay has a keen understanding of Atlanta and other Georgia real estate, its value and its potential. Jay is an Atlanta native who has been deeply dedicated to community service including involvement with the Very Special People program, which works with mentally disabled adults. Jay has organized softball leagues, taken part in the production of plays and hosted several dinners for the Very Special People in his home. Kenny Seitz, Senior Vice President
Shannon Richards, Senior Loan Specialist Peter joined Lib Properties in 2003 and has proven to be a tremendous asset in his dedication to our clients and their goals. He thoroughly analyses every deal and walks his borrowers through the process with patience and persistence. Through his commitment, Peter has helped us strengthen our relationships with mortgage brokers and real estate professionals. Peter is originally from New York City. Harriet Tate, Loan Processing Manager Sharon has been in the accounting area of the commercial lending business for nine years. She has been with Lib Properties since 1998. Sharon manages draws for Libs borrowers. She has lived in Atlanta for the last seventeen years. Connie Robinson, Senior Loan Servicing Manager Linda joined Lib Properties in 2004, and has over 20 years of customer service experience. She manages the intricate details of our clients properties and loans. Linda helps our clients by providing them with information and assistance they need during the course of their loan.
