Corporate Profile:. We are the loan committee for Lib Loans. There are no impersonal loan committees at Lib, just a small group of dedicated individuals.
Jay Kessler has more than 40 years of experience in commercial real estate. His experience includes real estate owner, developer and lender. He brings to the loan committee – and Lib’s prospective borrowers – the ability to look at your deal through the eyes of the borrower. Jay has a keen understanding of Atlanta and other Georgia real estate, its value and its potential. Jay is an Atlanta native who has been deeply dedicated to community service including involvement with the “Very Special People” program, which works with mentally disabled adults. Jay has organized softball leagues, taken part in the production of plays and hosted several dinners for the “Very Special People” in his home.
Kenny Seitz, Senior Vice President
Kenny has more than 30 years of experience in real estate and sales, including the purchasing and financing of real estate. He brings to the committee his unique and insightful ability to analyze the deal to ensure that our approach is in the best interest of the borrower. Kenny is a native Atlantan and has made meaningful contributions to the community in his efforts on behalf of a local area hospice and senior citizens' facilities. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Standard Club.
Shannon Richards, Senior Loan Specialist
Shannon has more than 15 years of experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactions. She has been with Lib Properties since 1995. Her experience includes underwriting, processing and marketing. Shannon has a finely tuned ability to analyze risk-reward and to coordinate your transaction. Shannon is a native Atlantan and serves on the Board of her local PTA. She also volunteers in community theatre.
Peter joined Lib Properties in 2003 and has proven to be a tremendous asset in his dedication to our clients and their goals. He thoroughly analyses every deal and walks his borrowers through the process with patience and persistence. Through his commitment, Peter has helped us strengthen our relationships with mortgage brokers and real estate professionals. Peter is originally from New York City.
Harriet Tate, Loan Processing Manager
Harriet has been with Lib since August 2005. She brings 25 years experience in management and administration in development/construction and the commercial leasing industry. Harriet’s responsibilities include funding draws for construction loans, and assistance with processing new loan applicants. Harriet is also actively involved as a volunteer for the American Liver Foundation helping them to raise funds for research and educational programs.
Sharon has been in the accounting area of the commercial lending business for nine years. She has been with Lib Properties since 1998. Sharon manages draws for Lib’s borrowers. She has lived in Atlanta for the last seventeen years.
Connie Robinson, Senior Loan Servicing Manager
Connie has spent over twenty years servicing loans. She has been with Lib Properties since 1994. She works with Lib Properties’ clients on matters ranging from payments to pay offs, verifications, payment coupons and more. She has lived in Atlanta for the last seventeen years.
Linda joined Lib Properties in 2004, and has over 20 years of customer service experience. She manages the intricate details of our clients’ properties and loans. Linda helps our clients by providing them with information and assistance they need during the course of their loan.
Gloria Hays, Administrative Assistant, Receptionist
Gloria has been with Lib Properties since 1994. Prior to joining Lib she served in similar roles in banking and securities, as well as in educational services for the Apollo Aerospace program. Gloria’s welcoming style is apparent to all who call or visit Lib Properties.
