Who We Are: Lib Properties,Ltd. is a private, Atlanta-based lender offering non-traditional loans designed to provide financing solutions for equity borrowers. Each of our loans is customized to meet the needs of each borrower. We often look beyond your debt-income ratio and overlook blemished credit - in fact, all credit is considered. High loan-to-property-value. We offer low-paperwork loans. Loans that can utilize cross-collateralization. And unique circumstances are our specialty. For instance: properties currently listed for sale; raw or vacant property; and properties under construction.
